Special holiday message - Thanksgiving:
Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks for the land that we have that is called America. It's a time to get close to the people around you by spending time together & sharing food & kindness with those who you love & are thankful & grateful for. Although we shouldn't only be thankful & grateful on Thanksgiving day, but we should be thankful & grateful every day of our lives. We should appreciate & never take for granted all that we have. It's a time where we count are blessings & all the good that life has to offer to us. Thanksgiving is the only national holiday that has no particular or specific political heroes, politics or religion. Everyone loves gatherings & food regardless of their beliefs, religion & culture. This kind of holiday can be celebrated by just about every ethnic background. It crosses all types of boundaries in the spirit of thanksgiving by spreading love, kindness & peace. Furthermore, Thanksgiving is important to Americans because it celebrates the time when the pilgrims shared food & kindness with the Native Americans rather than fighting & acting very hostile. So we take this time to gather around as families, couples & groups to take this time to pause & give thanks & appreciation around the world.
With that being said, I am very grateful & thankful for my own loving God who's a great God to me. One who listens to me & will always be on my side no matter what. I give thanks to God first because without him I wouldn't have everything else that I am thankful & grateful for. Aside from that, I am thankful & grateful for my friends & family who love me unconditionally no matter what I'm going through. I'm also thankful & grateful for my health & living conditions -- that I'm able to have a roof over my head with blankets & food on the table. I'm thankful & grateful that I have a wonderful girlfriend, a good job, a car & a little bit of money in my pockets to treat myself & others with. Lastly, I am extremely thankful & grateful for those who fight in the war to save our freedom. Those who put themselves in the line of duty to protect us from harm & danger. I could never thank you enough for all that you do. Much respect.
I send my warm thoughts & best wishes to you & your families this Thanksgiving day. May you continue to have many blessings & many reasons to be thankful in the coming year.
