Special holiday message - Labor day:
In America, Labor Day is celebrated on the first Monday of each September, because Labor Day creates a three-day weekend & is the last major holiday before the onset of autumn. For young teenagers or children, it's generally seen as the last chance to enjoy the summer season before school starts.
More importantly, Labor day is a holiday where we all come together to celebrate by giving the average current workers a day off of work by resting or spending quality time with loved ones. This is a great 3 day weekend opportunity to step away from your home, business or work at home job, recharge your batteries & spend some quality time with your friends & family.
Labor day is also a day where we remember those who worked hard & hustled to make a honest living for themselves & for their families. As we remember those who have passed away, we pay tribute & give our up-most respect to all the hard work that each & every American has done for our country, dead or alive. We remember those who have sacrificed, given their time, put in their best efforts & have worked hard in their lives to give us our rights & to make our country a blessed, but better country to live in.
In conclusion, the original intent of Labor Day was to provide a holiday that would honor the social & economic achievements of American workers. Essentially, it was intended to be (& in may ways) remains, an annual national tribute to the contributions the average workers have made to the strength, prosperity, & the well-being of our country.
