Special holiday message - Veterans day weekend:
Some people may think that Veterans day is a day where we give ourselves a day off while we relax & cook food or have drinks & etc. However, that's not the true meaning of Veterans day.
The true meaning of Veterans day is when we stop for a minute, to honor the people in the military for what they have done & are doing for our country, as well as the sacrifices they have made, including their own lives, to ensure our way of life. Veterans Day is ultimately a day where we say "thanks" to those who have served & are serving. Whether you agree or disagree with the concept, people in the military have a fundamental belief that they are protectors of our country. Put the politics aside & just consider the soldier who doesn't make much money, get much time off, or is away from his family months at a time. These reasons alone are why I will always have respect for the soldiers & vets of this country. Most young teenagers, Men & Woman don't realize where their freedom comes from, or why they have the freedom that that do, & that's a frightening thing in today's society.
To all who have served in our military - I want to thank each & everyone of you for your hard work. I thank you for making that decision to fight for our country. I thank you for putting your own life on the line to protect my family's freedom, as well as many other families across the world who are also thankful everyday. The sacrifices you have made in honor, & duty to our country are extremely worthy of praise & will never be forgotten. We will always remember your courage, strength, & patriotism forever & always. God Bless the brave Men & Women who risked their lives to preserve our freedom, your legacy will never go unnoticed. I'm proud to wear the colors red, white & blue because of these brave soldiers who fought & are still fighting for our freedom. Thank you for your hard work, dedication & service. Thank you for serving our country & protecting our freedom. Each & everyone of you are truly American hero's in my book.
