Special holiday message - Christmas day:
Christmas day is a day where we celebrate the birth of Christ, "Jesus." When I see the word "Christmas" I see Christ, he came because we're special to him. He died on the cross for us to live in his blood & give us hope of eternal life. Though Christmas is a day to celebrate the birth of our Christ who died for us, I also believe that he is born everyday within the temple of our hearts & lives within us eternally. That's one of the greatest gifts we can ever receive from him.
With that being said, Christmas is generally a day that we all come together as families to show love, appreciation & joy to one another. I personally enjoy the fact that I can celebrate his birth at a very special time of the year, by enjoying myself with family & friends, even strangers who appear warm & friendly, by sharing time, food, gifts, talents, & fun with those who are in need, because they know the true meaning of giving gifts at Christmas. Understand that the true meaning of Christmas is not the gifts that you get under the tree, but rather God's love, peace & kindness that we share & spread around the world with others.
Lastly, remember that Christmas is not for counting the things that you have lost, but rather for counting the blessings you still have. So with that said, always keep a warm heart & spread the joy & happiness around you, not only on Christmas day, but everyday that you live. That's what we need in today's world.
May the bright & festive glow of Christmas candle warm the days all the year through. I Hope you have a wonderful time enjoying Christmas day & I wish everyone a happy new year that will bring many more blessings into peoples lives.
